Vic’s Ice Cream is a Land Park icon. Been here since the 30’s. They have the best cookies and cream ice cream I know of. I’ve heard Gunther’s is good too but never tried it. I also love Vic’s Cafe that’s now connected to it and just next door. They have great pastries from a local bakery brought in every day. If you’re in the area you definitely need to try out Vic’s!!! Locally owned and operated!

Casual older soda ice cream sandwich place same as it was in the 40's. Home made ice cream and HUGE shakes if you eat inside. A bit expensive maybe but it is located in a wealthy area and it is all good tasty foods and treats. Street parking can be easy or just impossible depending on how busy they are. Well worth the effort to have a treat here.

Very cute neighborhood 50's dinner. The service was great. The servers were I think all young kids, high school age. The menu is something right out of the 50's and a great change from anything you would see at a chain restaurant. All in all a great experience.

This by far is the best place for ice cream I’ve ever been. My favorite is chocolate with strawberry cheesecake. I was blown away by the flavor of the chocolate today.

I have been going to Vic's since 1955 and never been disappointed. This is the old fashion local ice cream fountain with all the great shakes, parfaits, and sandwiches, service is always excellent and their is a great sandwich shop next door.

A secret spot for locals to enjoy, top notch sweets and such a neighborhood hang out. Simply a place you don’t find very often. Get the coffee or peanut butter ice cream!!!

This is one of my favorite places from my childhood and it's still like how I remember it. One of the best local ice cream parlors in town with a retro aesthetic that makes you feel like you walked right into postwar America. The staff here are lovely and it's nestled right in a quiet park of South Land Park that's excellent for walking around and enjoying life

One of my favorite ice cream shops. Sad that Burr's is closed, but very glad Vic's is still open! Love this place and the ice cream is the best! Mocha chip sundae rocks!

We've been going for over 50 years. A family tradition. Make sure you ask for the red sauce. Great sandwiches - there's a different way they bit the sandwich based on gender which o think is pretty funny. And the milk shakes. Yum.

Such yummy and fresh ice-cream and it's also a sandwich shop.! I remember my gramma taking me there for lunch as a little girl. It's so nice that they've kept this place up and have never allowed it to become shabby. They are the anchor for that few blocks of shops having supplied regular and robust foot and auto traffic to that corner for the last 75 years. Yep, 75 years!
